  • ➤ How long will it take for my account to be approved?
  • Typically within 24 hours on a business day.

  • You may Register here.
  • ➤ Does my username and password for CelebrityAuthentics.com work also on CelebrityAuthenticsAuctions.com?
  • No. Both sites are unique and you must Register an account for each.
  • ➤ How do I reset my user name if I forgot it?
  • You may reset it here.
  • ➤ How do I update my password?
  • Once you are logged in to your account, click My Account from the top menu and then click Change Password. Enter your new information then click save.
  • ➤ How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

  • ➤ How can I update my credit card on file?
  • Once you are logged in to your account, click the Edit User Information button and enter your Credit Card information in the appropriate fields.
  • ➤ May I create multiple bidding accounts?
  • Multiple accounts created by the same user are prohibited. Registered users may only have one bidding account. Any additional accounts created will be revoked and the attempt to create multiple accounts may result in the suspension of an open account. Multiple accounts relating to an existing or suspended account are also prohibited. In an attempt to protect bidding integrity, suspension or revoking of any account is at the sole discretion of Celebrity Authentics Auctions.
  • ➤ If suspended, can my account be reinstated?
  • In select cases, entirely at the judgement and discretion of Celebrity Authentics, an account may be permitted reinstatement. This includes a reinstatement fee of $100 and a temporary probation period.

General

  • ➤ Will I receive the exact item shown in a listing?
  • Stock pictures of our actual inventory are often used. Only if stated in the lot description will you receive the exact item pictured.
  • ➤ How often are new items listed on the website?
  • Items are often added daily. We suggest you visit often and sign up for our newsletter for updates
  • ➤ How do I know if the items you offer are authentic?
  • All screen used items are certified by either the actor, prop master or studio and any autographed items were signed directly in front of a Celebrity Authentics representative - allowing us to state with 100% positivity that your autographed item is genuine.
  • ➤ Are Celebrity Authentics and Celebrity Authentics Auctions different companies?
  • While they are under the same ownership, both companies operate individually and store credit or a gift card, for example, from CelebrityAuthentics.com cannot be used on CelebrityAuthenticsAuctions.com.
  • ➤ How does an Auction work?
  • Celebrity Authentics Auctions conducts online auctions in realtime. Each auction begins on a specific date and time with the ability to preview and place advance bids on the lots prior to live bidding. Each auction culminates on a select date and time with live bidding that will proceed lot by lot, providing the opportunity for users to place bids prior to each lot ending (at which point the lot is won by the highest bidder bringing that lot to a close).
  • ➤ In what currency is the auction run?
  • Auctions are conducted in USD.
  • ➤ What is a Seconds Auction?
  • Seconds is a term used to describe an item that is less than perfect or First Quality. It may have flaws, a smudge in the autograph, dent, crease or some other element that does not allow us to offer as First Quality on CelebrityAuthentics.com.
  • ➤ Do you purchase props and costumes?
  • We only acquire and purchase inventory that can be certified by the actor, prop master or studios. If you are a studio, production company, actor, prop house or prop master and are interested in working with Celebrity Authentics Auctions, please email us at auctions@celebrityauthenticsauctions.com.
  • ➤  Can I get an additional photo of the actor signing an item?
  • Per our agreements with the actors, we unfortunately cannot reproduce or provide additional images of the actor in any capacity outside of the supplied Certificate of Authenticity.
  • ➤ Can I get a replacement Letter of Authenticity for my screen used item?
  • All Letters of Authenticity are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. Letters of Authenticity are exclusively available on production and screen used items only.
  • ➤ Where can I find my Certificate of Authenticity?
  • Your credit card style Certificate of Authenticity will be located on the top flap of the shipping box, in a clear plastic pouch.
  • ➤ Can I get a replacement Certificate of Authenticity for my autographed item?
  • Yes, replacement Certificates of Authenticity may be purchased for $10 each which includes shipping. Please contact us at sales@celebrityauthenticsauctions.com with your request along with a snapshot of the Celebrity Authentics Hologram number.
  • ➤ Do you accept Returns?
  • Since all items are unique and placed for auction, we do not accept returns and all sales are final however, should your order be lost or damaged in transit we will gladly file a claim for a full refund.
  • ➤ What benefit is there to signing up for your newsletter?
  • Our newsletters feature advance auction announcements, special offers, product previews and much more. We value your time and only send emails with timely and relevant information.
  • ➤ What if my item arrives damaged?
  • In the rare case your item arrives damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier for a full refund. You must contact us within three days of receipt and report the damage. Please keep the original shipping box, all original packaging material and the item/s as they will need to be gathered for inspection by the carrier.

Shipping

  • ➤ Is free shipping available?
  • No. All shipping costs will be calculated per order and added to your final invoice.
  • ➤ How do you ship?
  • Based upon the item’s size and destination, we carefully select the best and least expensive carrier to ship your item/s. Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx and Freight.
  • ➤ After payment, how quickly do you ship?
  • Orders typically ship within 3 - 5 business days after receipt of payment.
  • ➤ Can I combine shipping?
  • Yes. We will gladly combine your items to help you save on shipping. Please note that due to the fragile nature of some items, or their inability to be shipped together, we may not be able to combine all items.
  • ➤ How do I update my shipping address?
  • Once you are logged in to your account, click My Account from the top menu and then click Edit User Information. Enter your new information then click save.
  • ➤ Do you ship worldwide?
  • Yes. You may email us at shipping@celebrityauthenticsauctions.com for a shipping quote.
  • ➤ For shipments outside of the USA, will I incur VAT, Custom and Duty Fees and Taxes?
  • Buyers are responsible for all import and duty fees. We must declare all shipments at their full value and will not be able to mark any packages as gifts.
  • ➤ Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
  • Yes, tracking numbers are entered into the website for all shipments and you will also automatically receive the tracking number by email.

Bidding

  • ➤ When can I bid?
  • As soon as the Preview launches for an auction you may place your bids.
  • ➤ May I cancel or retract a bid?
  • No. All bids are final so please bid carefully and responsibly. Failure to comply will result in your account termination.
  • ➤ Do you accept absentee bids?
  • Yes. You can simply place your maximum bid on the item.
  • ➤ Do you accept phone bids?
  • In an effort to allow for timely bid processing, phone bids are not accepted at this time.
  • ➤  Will there be a Buyer's Premiums added to the final hammer price?
  • Celebrity Authentics Auctions only places a Buyer’s Premium on production and screen used items. Premium is 20% and will be added to the final bid price.

Payment

  • ➤ When will I receive an invoice for my winning bids?
  • Invoices are typically sent out shortly after the live bidding portion of the auction has ended. Payment is due within five days of invoice, failure to make payment by the due date will result in suspension of bidding privileges.
  • ➤ How do I update my billing address?
  • Once you are logged in to your account, click My Account from the top menu and then click Edit User Information. Enter your new information then click save.
  • ➤ Will I be charged Sales Tax?
  • All shipments to addresses in Pennsylvania, California, New York, New Jersey, Minnesota and Florida will incur their State's Sales Tax added to their invoice.
  • ➤ What payment methods do you accept?
  • You may make payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Wire.
  • ➤ Will there be any premiums added to the final hammer price?
  • Celebrity Authentics Auctions only places a Buyer’s Premium on production and screen used items, 20% will be added to the final bid price on each of these items.
