This Batman Forever Bill Elliott Nascar 1:24 Scale Die-Cast Car has been personally hand-signed by Bruce Wayne himself, Val Kilmer during his signing with Celebrity Authentics. Historically, the car this was modeled after was the first paint scheme to promote a movie, in this case Batman Forever. It was the first time DC Comics properties ever appeared on a race car.
