From John Carpenter's classic 1996 Escape From L.A. is this Snake Plisskin Hero Stunt Machine Gun used by Kurt Russell as Snake Plissken during the filming of this cult classic. This very rare and futuristic machine gun measures approximately 22" in length, is non-firing and made of rubber/resin. Highly detailed and shows extensive screen use. See screen match (with scope attached) in the accompanying video at approximately 1:16 into video. Snake is once again called in by the United States government to recover a potential doomsday device from Los Angeles, now an autonomous island where undesirables are deported. This highly coveted prop ships with Celebrity Authentics Letter of Authenticity personally signed by none other than the the film's director, John Carpenter. Extraordinary museum piece!
