Bid on this Hollywood Walk of Fame Award personally hand-signed by John Cusack. This iconic Walk of Fame Award was given to Mr. Cusack on April 24, 2012 during his Walk of Fame Tile Ceremony. Award in this lot can be seen pictured with John at the Ceremony (see attached photo). Item was obtained directly from John Cusack and is part of his personal collection. Tile ships affixed with Celebrity Authentics serial-numbered and tamper evident Authentication Hologram and includes Celebrity Authentics Certificate of Authenticity featuring picture of Mr. Cusack signing tile. Additionally includes Celebrity Authentics Letter of Authenticity hand-signed by John Cusack verifying the item's provenance. Extraordinary piece and a truly one of a kind item.
